Delivery Protocol
Effective from 13 July 2026
1. Coverage area
We dispatch fresh flowers to serviceable pincodes across India. Remote or high-altitude locations may require an extra transit day.
2. Shipping charges
- Prepaid orders: Complimentary stem-safe shipping
- COD orders: ₹49 handling fee
3. Transit windows
- Metro corridors: 1–2 business days from dispatch
- Tier-2 cities: 2–4 business days
- Remote districts: 4–6 business days
4. Packing standard
Stems are hydrated, sleeved, and placed in ventilated cartons with protective wrapping. Delivery is attempted during daytime hours; reroute requests must reach us before the courier marks the parcel out for delivery.
