Order Withdrawal

Effective from 13 July 2026

1. Before stems are packed

Submit a cancellation through Track & Support while your order status reads "Processing". Prepaid amounts are refunded within five to seven business days once cancellation is confirmed.

2. After dispatch

Once a bouquet leaves our packing bench, perishable-goods rules apply. Post-dispatch concerns are handled under the Freshness Guarantee rather than standard cancellation.

3. Same-day cut-off

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days enter the same-day packing queue. Cancellations for these orders must be received before packing begins — typically within one hour of placement.
