1. Overview

Appily Sixteen collects only the information needed to create your account, verify your email, fulfil flower orders, coordinate delivery, and respond to support requests.

2. Information we collect

• Profile data: name, email address, and phone number supplied during registration.
• Order data: delivery address, payment method, items ordered, and order timestamps.
• Communication: messages sent through contact forms, Track & Support, or email.
• Technical logs: browser type, session tokens, and error diagnostics required to keep the storefront secure.

3. How we use your data

We process personal information to authenticate accounts, send order confirmations, coordinate couriers, resolve delivery issues, and improve catalogue accuracy. We do not sell personal data to third-party marketers.

4. Retention and security

Order records are retained for statutory accounting periods. Access credentials are stored using industry-standard hashing. Email OTP codes expire within minutes of issuance.

5. Your choices

You may request correction of profile details from your account page. To raise a data query or deletion request, email support@appilysixteen.com with the subject line "Data request".
